Make sure you're expecting a session. We will always contact you before initiating remote access.
Your technician will give you a 5-digit code. Type it into the session window below and click the arrow to connect.
A small file will download. Open it and follow the prompts — this gives us temporary access to help you.
Remote access is only active during the live session. Once we're done, it's gone — nothing is left running.
Only connect if Helix IT has contacted you directly and you are expecting this session. We will never ask you to connect without prior notice.
